How do I keep my swimwear in good condition?
To keep your swimmers in pristine condition we recommend just rinsing your swimmers in water after each use. In the shower after your swim will save time and water. Lay flat to dry out of direct sun.
Only machine wash when absolutely necessary in a cold setting for delicates. Any stains can be spot cleaned with a bit of soap.
The fabric has an antimicrobial treatment which prevents the growth of mould and bacteria so you don’t have to worry about unpleasant smells even if you forget your swimmers in your gym bag over the weekend.
TIP: Be careful when you’re around rough surfaces like bitumen, rough concrete or rough bark …you don’t want to pull the fabric in your favourite swimmers.
I have a larger ass - what size should I buy?
Our swimmers are designed to be a snug yet very comfortable fit. We recommend you buy the same waist size you buy in denim jeans. 32” (81cm) would be a M, 34” (86cm) would be a L. If you’re unsure go a size smaller.
If you’ve got a big ass. The height of the swimmers for M is 22cm with a 1cm increase/decrease for each change in size i.e. L is 23cm and S is 20cm.
If this isn’t enough coverage for the junk in your trunk then we suggest going one size larger.
If you’re unhappy with your initial fit we’ll provide free returns and exchange for up to 2 pairs in a size larger or smaller so you can get the perfect fit.
I bought the wrong size. Can I exchange it?
We want you to be comfortable and wear the right size. To make sure you’re happy with your Good on ya swimmers, we’re providing hassle free returns and offer up to 2 free returns and exchanges to a bigger or smaller size to ensure you get the right fit. Can I get a Refund if I have a change of mind?
We do offer refunds but only after you have tried exchanging them for a new size up or down first. See our Return & Exchange Policy.
If you’re after a refund be sure to read and follow the steps in the Return & Exchange Policy and adhere to the guidelines set out in the Conditions For Returns.
Do I need to pay shipping for returns or exchanges?
EXCHANGES AND RETURNS WITHIN AUSTRALIA
As part of our hassle free returns, you get unlimited FREE exchanges to a size up or down and we ask that all swimwear being returned within Australia be returned to us within 7 days.
No return postage will be charged providing we receive the returned goods within the 7 days. Please email hi@goodonyaco.com to arrange return postage labels and advise the replacement size required.
INTERNATIONAL EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
For international customers (outside Australia) we ask that all swimwear be returned to us within 10 days from the received date. Replacement items will only be dispatched after the returned goods have been received.
